FPS and quality is fine for me, but my gpu temp is at a constant 81-83°C. What settings would i have to change to get lower temps, I'm not that informed about PC stuff sorry.

Would you say if it is still worth it to buy a used 2080TI for 1080p 144fps gaming? It would be either that or a used 3080 or a new 4070 super. I’m not one to splurge so carefully monitoring price-to-performance ratio.

That 2080Ti is a legendary card. I own two of them myself. Lower Global illumination and View Distance for higher FPS but you dont need to, runs smooth only minor drops in combat. Nice video!

so the gpu makes alot of diffrence lol i had same 2080ti and i9900k but 2080ti died. now with same spec i just switched to 4080 and getting 85 90 fps on 4k on all maxed out settings.

The wait is finally over. This game lived in my head rent free since the first gameplay reveal in 2020 - can't believe it's been that long, yikes! A stunning unique game, not a single crash or bug encountered during 4hrs playtime. An "unreal" trash engine game that doesn't stutter all over the place like the 'stuttering protocol' and countless PC games.

Massive drops during that boss fight. It's probably from Hair quality: Very High. Try Hardware Unboxed optimized setting, and you should be able to use 75% res(1080p render) for better PQ.

I have somewhat similar cpu the 8086k pair with 3090 at 1440p has gotten similar fps with DLSS and all that stuff, in later levels there will be a lot more monsters and effects from other players it will dip the fps even lower. since it's not competitive a fps shooter I think around these numbers the game is still very playable and the graphics is beautiful (intense bunny 3rd person view). does this game make you feel the need of an upgrade ?

Sir, your gpu is at 80°C, I really don't that is normal for that card. Try to do undervolting via MSI Afterburners Curve editor and set the Clock Speed to 1935mhz, it should handle it. Also change the Power limit to 100% again. My 2080Ti runs legit better (1965mhz stable), cooler (MAX. 62°C) and uses less power consumption (Up to 210W). Overclocking is dead on these cards, but they really perform amazing on a 950/975 undervolt. For undervolting please look RUclips tutorials and do it at your own risk, but it should be way healthier than 80°C with a 10% PL increase.

Decent performance with an average of 45 FPS. Good cooling both for the CPU and the GPU though
